The HRB works as a “cue” to help you to recognize your thinking patterns, return to present, and focus. So often we become lost in thought, as our restless mind takes us out of the present moment. When this happens, we become distracted and stressed.

I already own a couple, & they’re “deceptively” effective. It’s such a simple conditioning tool that I didn’t think about it as I was “training” my thought process to respond. But, when I actually used it to generate the mindset I wanted, it was like throwing a switch. I tell people about it a lot, but they don’t tend to listen. If someone reading this isn’t sure – TRY it.
